Shipping Information
We are located in the state of Missouri, just west of the city of St. Louis. Our location in the central US enables us to ship to all continental US destinations within 3-4 business days via FedEx Ground Service.
• All in-stock orders placed before 1:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day. All in-stock orders placed after 1:00 pm will ship on the following business day.
• Orders are generally shipped via FedEx Ground. Delivery days are based on number of business days; not including Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Ask your customer service representative for other delivery options.
• We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
• At this time, Progressive Balloons and Gifts does not accept orders from outside the United States.
• Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping charges. Please contact customer service to obtain exact shipping rates and delivery time at 1-800-843-0517.
